The Martos Group (hereinafter referred to as Martos ) is made up of the companies: Martos, Omnipellets and Martosfrota and develops its activity in the area of wood transformation and valorization of by-products resulting from its activity, with headquarters at Rua Nossa Srª de Fátima, nº 200, Zona Ind. de Areias, 2420 -193 Colmeias, is responsible for collecting and processing the Personal Data of its customers, suppliers, employees and users of its websites and social media pages.

Martos is a certified organization by the Quality Management System (QMS) 9001:2015 and clearly and unequivocally demonstrates in its QMS processes how it collects, processes and stores Personal Data.

For any matter related to Personal Data You must contact us via written request via email martos @martos.pt, providing unequivocal proof of your identity as the data subject.

  • Collection of Personal Data and purpose of the information collected

Data collection can be done in person, at our facilities, at fairs or other events, or in writing via email or websites on paper (SP) or computerized support (SI). Regardless of the intended purpose, collection is always done using forms.

The personal information we collect may include name, date of birth, title, company, name of the organization, email address, telephone number, address, NIF, among other elements, arising from the relationship you establish with our organization.
